You're looking for SysTaskDelay(ticks) -- it's in the docs.

Subject: a wait function
Hi all.. This is a pretty basic question, but I can't seem to find anything
that points right at the answer in the Docs.. I want to tell my app to wait
a number of milliseconds before continuing. I would rather not do it with a
loop that continuously checks the time, as that's a big waste of the
processor. I thought I had read something about a function that would put
the device in sort of a sleep mode for the specified number of milliseconds,
but can't seem to find it.
Any thoughts?
