does anyone have the "incs" for palm OS 3.3??

In palm OS 3.3 you can write plugins to the list of available script
commands in the Network preferences panel.

 Ican't find in the Incs and Libraries  that has the funktioncalls that they
talk about in the documentation in palm OS 3.3 (scptLaunchCmdDoNothing,
scptLaunchCmdListCmds,
scptLaunchCmdExecuteCmd)
