It is difficult to tell from your message exactly what stage you are at. Are you
creating your own conduit for your own application? Or, are you creating a
mempad-like app that you want to synchronize using the sample memopad conduit
provided in the CDK?

In general, the list of applications in the File Link dialog is generated
through calls to SubscriptionSupported() in your conduit. If you are using the
memopad conduit as your starting point, it should all be there.

Subject:  HotSync.

I am new to Palm development(6 wks old). I have just tried to compile and
develop a program similiar to memo pad. I have gotten it loaded onto the
palm pilot but I can't seem to get it to sync up with the Palm HotSync
software in order to use the "file link" method provided by the Palm HotSync
software. I am using the Palm V. I have setup the conduit config. on the
Palm, but I can't seem to get my program to be listed in the HotSync - file
link.

Someone please tell me what I am doing wrong; or just shoot me and put me
out of my misery.

thanks;

Bill
