The Euro symbol was added to the fonts in 3.3. See
<http://www.palm.com/custsupp/upgrade> for more on 3.3.
It's certainly possible to display the Euro on pre-3.3 systems, to a certain
extent. If you just need to display static Euros in lists or next to
currency fields, then you can write code to draw it as a bitmap if it isn't
in a font. It gets harder if the user needs to be able to enter the Euro in
fields via Graffiti as well.
