Bryan,
I don't know about other platforms, but on Windows:
1) Start the emulator. If you haven't used it before, you'll need to select
the device you want to emulate and point to the ROM files. As I recall
there is a bug that grays our the device selections until you select the
language...can't remember exactly.
2) Right click the emulator screen and select properties. Check the box
"Redirect NetLib calls to host TCP/IP" -- this will cause calls to
NetLib/INetLib to be redirected to your local TCP connection. (you'll need
to establish an internet connection as you normally do -- dial up or get
outside your firewall, as the case may be).
Might want to subscribe to the pqa-dev-forum for more help.

Subject: Connecting to WebClipping Server from Emulator
I can't get to the knowledge base either...can someone please tell me what I
need to do to get my newly downloaded emulator to connect to the
web-clipping proxy server? I have the Palm VII roms and a number of
PQAs...but I get a "No Interface" error from the net library...
