What tableItemStyle for Y/N/NA Data Items

I am writing a checklist application so the Palm user can choose one of the
three choices Y, N, NA to each question.  I am currently using  the Table
object with two columns, one for label and the other for the choices entered
by the user.

Pushbutton would be the best choice but it is not one of the
tableItemStyles.  Can someone please give me some hint in implementing the
Y/N/NA table item?  Thanks in advance.
