Greetings!
I'm getting a very mysterious error when I launch my app or close it under
POSE 3.0a3, running as a Palm IIIx using ROM file palmos33_v_iiix_debug.ROM.
When I launch my app, even with a clean memory image ("new" emulator file),
I get the error:
"UIAppShell" (unknown version) reports
"DataMgr.c, Line:2542, Records left locked in
closed uprotected DB". If this is the latest
version of "UIAppShell", please report this to the
application developer.
Since I'm the developer, image my embarrassment! And this happens before the
debugger even gets to my initialization routines, and I can be sure that I
have not left any preferences or other databases around.
Other apps may produce other errors, but not the built-in apps, nor do any
other apps I install and launch seem to produce the above error.
Has anyone seen this before? Do you know what was the cause? I'm suspecting
there must be something in CodeWarrior that I have set wrong which is
building an illegal file, but I can't figure out what.
