The PQA format is documented on our documentation web page. (Start at
http://www.palm.com/devzone if you need to find it.) A PQA is just a
special case of a PDB, so PDBs are thus essentially also documented.
Also, the PRC format is very similar to the PDB format; you get 95% of the
way there... just some small differences in the headers. We're having the
PQA documentation expanded to cover PDBs and PRCs.
