The INetLib was created for the Palm VII devices, and is a higher level
interface.  You'd be wanting to use NetLib, which is on all devices (so
far) since the PalmPilot Pro, running Palm OS 2.0.  That gives you a TCP/IP
connection to any port you want, and then you have to write the code to do
HTTP and SSL.
