It depends. What do you want to download it over? How is the information
getting to the device?
You might want to look at the Serial Manager (if over a serial cable or
similar) or the Net Library (if over a TCP/IP connection) or INetLib (if
over the air on a Palm VII or OmniSky device) or the Exchange Manager (if
over IrDA) or the Conduit SDK (if during a HotSync process).
As they say, it is a simple matter of programming... or buying someone
else's existing software may be better, depending on your situation and
your programming experience.
Of course once you get the information on the device, there's the other
question of what format it is in, and what application is going to
display/edit/use it.
