True, our archives are no longer on the net, but anyone on this list
who wants a copy of that article can email me privately--I'll send
you one. At the risk of inserting a commercial plug into this list,
our archives _are_ available on CD-ROM for a modest $14.95. Anyone
who wants to know what's included on the CD can download an annotated
table of contents on our web site.
