auto start after reset?

    I currently use sysAppLaunchCmdSystemReset and sysAppLaunchCmdDisplayAlarm
to auto start my program after reset.I have sit the Alarm after 0 second, but
there are still some program autostart earlier than me. is there any priority
in Alarm if the programs start at the same time? how to make a program start
the most early?
