Exporting a Memo

I got my app working so that it can create a MemoPad record and add it to
the database. However, I'm wondering about the 4000 character limit to memos
that is mentioned in the Palm user's manual. This seems sort of arbitrary
since we're just talking about a simple text field that should be
supportable to a much larger maximum. Any ideas on what would happen if I
create a record that is >4000 characters and put it in the MemoPad database?
