Decompiling .PRC files

Hi,

Is there any way / tool that would allow me to unassamble / decompile /
reverse eng a .prc file ?

I am quite sure that there *must* be some way of doing it. If anyone has any
info please let me know.
BTW My intentions are Noble. I dont intend to misuse such a tool :-)
