On Palm OS versions 2.0-3.1 (Don't know about 3.2):
- On Windows set Mocha PPP baud rate to 19200
- When you set up Network stuff for Mocha on the Palm, make sure  baud rate 
is 19200.
- On the Palm, set the number to dial to 00.

On Palm OS Version 3.3:
- On Windows set Mocha PPP baud rate to 57600
- Make sure the Palm is at the same baud rate, and configure a direct PPP link
