You can't. In fact, you can't even in R6. Yes, I know it really stinks,
but for now you need to go and buy a serial cradle to hook up a Visor for
debugging with Codewarrior. It is being worked on and will hopefully be
available soon. Currently, the only option for doing USB debugging with
the Visor is through Handspring's version of PalmDebugger for Windows.
