Sorry, Palm does not release ROM map files.
Each map file is specific to the version of a ROM in a particular device from a
particular manufacturer, and is invalidated when the ROM components are reassembled by
an OEM or licensee, making function-address mapping a total wild goose chase. The Palm
OS ROM building process is quite different from the monolithic binaries of other
systems.
Out of curiosity, for what purpose do you need this information?
