No! Because if the width is always a "requirement" to be as wide as the
display and I, as a developer, only have to worry about height, the OS
(contained in each ROM), takes care of sizing.  My app forms will always
"fit" the display.

But, we are in a fix, if I specify my top, left, width and height to fit
my display and a new display comes out that is a different number of
pixels, then I have to have multiple versions, for each device.
