OS 3.5 dr4 would appear to set dmHdrAttrBackup on automatically resulting in
the database being backed up after install and every change. I have a 350KB
database which is modified (transparently to the user) but such changes
don't require it to be backed up on every HotSync, which is why this bit
isn't set.
Or is this a roundabout way of fixing the bug in CW6? ... :-).
