Why not do what the error suggests?
Hook up PalmDebugger, open the console, and type 'hd 0'. You'll get a list
of chunks, look at the one that's at address 0x0003BDFE. It might be
labeled with what it is. If it's not labeled, dump the memory at that
address and look at the contents. If it's owned by your app, you should be
able to figure out what's in the chunk pretty easily. (e.g. it might be a
string you recognize...)
