Constructor uses 100 percent CPU

On Windows NT 4.0 SP5 w/CW 6, Constructor uses 100% of the available CPU
(when viewed with Windows NT Task Manager).  Anyone at Palm/Metrowerks know
why this is so, and if it can be fixed?
