From a previous posting, I got the answer to the question "What does
this mean?".
History:
I got this error while attempting to link my GNUC Palm application. If
I take
out some source code, or compile with optimize 1 or 2, the problem
goes away. But,
as I feared, this only bought me a little more time. My time is up.
I was pointed to the site "http://www.avantgo.com/mal/multilink.html"
(Thanks Aaron!), which explains the problem in more detail than I
understand
(at least at the moment). It also gives the source code for an
alternate linker "Multi-Link".
that solves the problem, but it was written for Solaris. I gave a half
hearted effort to get it
to compile for Win32.
My question is:
Before I go head long into trying to compile a windows version of
this, has
anyone else already done this? ... or do I get to be the first...
(*gulp*).
Even better.. "Is there another way?!"
I would imaging for a palm application of any size or complexity, this
would
be a fairly common problem for GNUC users.
