The platform officially supports several languages, and you can get the
various localized roms from the Development Seeding pages. English,
French, German, Italian, Spanish, and Japanese.
There are hacks that other people have written to enable other languages,
but those are pretty specific to a given OS release. Check on any major
web site with Palm software, you'll see a good number covering things like
Chinese, Russian, Turkish, Greek...
