No, I have it at the bottom right corner. Most of my views actually do not
have a title bar as I have a lot of info to cram on there and the title bar
takes up too much room. It was much easier to put it at the bottom, which is
where there are usually a few other buttons. I did try it at the top in one
view with title bar, but as you said, Menuhack interferes with it.
