There is a sample shared library on the Palm Knowledge base. It is also
distributed with CW (at least for release 5) under "CodeWarrior
Examples\PalmOS Examples\SampleLib).
I wrote an article on developing shared libraries for the November 1999 Dr.

Jeff Ishaq also wrote an excellent article which is on the web somewhere
