I have exported the value in the registry that is set
when something needs to be installed. I have a batch
file that copies things to the installation directory
then loads this exported key into the registry. Next
hotsync, the file goes.

Note that the key in the registery is dependant
upon your Pilot user ID, and the directory name
where the install directory as well. These will
be different for you. The best thing to do is
to use the install tool once, and go to the key
"HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\U.S. Robotics\Pilot
Desktop\HotSync Manager" in regedit and export
whatever is there.

>>>begin file: instprc.bat
copy %1 p:\mr\install
regedit p:\mr-inst.reg
>>>end file: instprc.bat

>>>begin file: mr-inst.reg
REGEDIT4

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\U.S. Robotics\Pilot Desktop\HotSync Manager]
"Install31250"=dword:00000001
>>>end file: mr-inst.reg
