FrmSetObjectPosition doesn't move all objects in earlier versions. I think it's
not until 3.3 that it's complete.

Does anyone know why FrmSetObjectPosition doesn't work with rom2rel.rom? Is
it a bug in the ROM, or will FrmSetObjectPosition actually not work with
Palm OS 2.0?
