Yeah, I've had this one on my list for a long time (I think that "Scot Johnson
(WA)" requested it). But I don't think it should be optional. I think it should
always happen. That way it *forces* problems like this to show up.

Because you're not synching. When you load prcs into the emulator it just
creates a new DB and just dumps the raw data in. No launch is done,
therefore no globals have a chance to be accessed.
(Hey Keith, maybe you could add a user settable flag to POSE to make it
automatically do a "sync" launch at newly installed 'appl's?)
