Try looking at "HostControl.h". Last time I checked, it was included with
the POSE distribution and also in recent SDK releases (though I heard
someone mention that they had problems getting the one in the SDK release
to work).
..HostControl allows you to do all kinds of cool things like create files,
import/export prcs, ...
