Your LeaveForm routine looks fine, but it'd be instructive to know what you
are doing before and after it is called. Also, if you're drawing the
fields before bringing up this subform in the first place, they might be
drawn on top of the old form before the bits behind the subform have been
saved.
What API call is generating the "form already loaded" message? Worth
hooking up a debugger to follow things through carefully...
In short, more of your app needs to be posted in order to figure it out.
