I just discovered that CodeWarrior stores the user preferences in a subfolder of the Windows folder. This is *absolutely unacceptable*. Even the worse Windows application today wouldn't do that. I have a partition dedicated to the system files and I don't any application to put its own data there. There no good reason for doing that. I hope, this at least configurable (but I'm afraid it's not).
