Latest 3.5?

I got the developer seed CD at Palm Source wich has the 3.5 SDK (after
of course signing the required legal agreement) dated 10/99.  Is this
the latest version? or do I need to go through the Pavilion paperwork to
get access to a later version? or should I just wait for the real thing?
