Try looking at this web page.  David Williams was nice enough to write some
excelent source code (very well organized).  His code allows you to
manipulate pdb and prc files.

As for getting them into FoxPro, well you've got to take care of that
yourself.

I'm just starting to develop my first app for the Palm III and I need to
transfer some data back and forth between a system using Visual Foxpro
6.0 and the palm. I can't find documentation of how to access a .pdb
file from my Windows PC. I need to be able to read a file from the palm
into Foxpro .dbf file as well as create a new .pdb from a .dbf to send
to the palm. How do I do this or what manual tells how to do this?
