Oops, sorry, I misread the code. It does indeed do the work itself, but
what it does is the same sort of thing as DmDeleteRecord does: the data
itself is removed but the record header stays around so that a conduit
could tell that there used to be something there.
So it is indeed properly named as DmDeleteCategory, and not DmRemoveCategory.
(Well, except for the fact that it removes the records in the category and
not the category itself. Whatever. Enough pedantry for the afternoon.)
