Yes, I see that now :-) Thanks for the clear instructions; they did
the trick.
Now, if only the 3.5 SDK hadn't removed the one and only kind-of-
supported way to explicitly control the backlight. Well, that wouldn't
be so bad if only there were a supported way to find out the present
state of the backlight (so I could know whether or not to enqueue a
vchrBacklight keydown event).
