I *think* that you can simply up button into the flashing cursor (debug mode)
and then rerun the Palm 3.3 upgrade again. It seems like the OS didn't flash
properly. You will need to pick the advanced install option on the upgrade.
Normally, the flash upgrade installs a little program and then resets the
device. The little program it installs basically just winds up putting it
into debug mode so that the PC program can continue. If it still doesn't
work you might try doing it from another PC.
