I was having problems reading with Netscape also, Ryan said it was a
compatibility problem between Lyris and Netscape (Netscape doesn't support
it completely or something like that). Since I started using Outlook, I
haven't any problems. You may want to make sure you have selected a
password and use you email address as the account name (if you read more
than one group I would suggest using the same password for each mail list)
