PalmPilot + Browser (ProxiWeb)

Hi everyone,

Does anybody know how to create or give me an idea about how to create a
Semi-Online application?.

I have been working with ProxiWeb for a while. I could have www.my-name.com,
I see information and send information (form-web or form-mail)... but, what
about If I want to download or upload some info from/to my server?.
