The process for all exceptions is to email Quality Partners at [EMAIL PROTECTED], list the test, and list why your application needs an exception and they will forward it on to us here at Palm, and we'll respond as quickly as possible. And yes, if you need an exception, I would highly recommend that you ask for one before you go in for testing. We are currently reviewing and updating the Platinum Certification test kit.
