On Windows, if you use the installer (especially if you put things in
their default places) and read the README where it talks about about
`-palmosX' options and creating `sdk' symlinks, you should be fine.
Clearly we need to write some more documentation specifically addressing
this. Until then, you can hopefully glean everything you need to know
from a recent pilot.programmer.gcc thread entitled "prc-tools 2.0
installation failure...." (nobody really failed :-)) and this
