Why is it that I have the feeling that INetSockRead really "blocks until
there is at least one byte available in the socket to read"?
Shouldn't it "block until .... OR UNTIL THE SPECIFIED TIMEOUT IS OVER"?

To put it another way, does INetSockRead uses its last argument?
