No, the specifics about a form object, like almost all Palm OS structures, can
change over time. The form is one of the most likely to change, because it
includes a window object, making it subject to both window and form changes.
Palm OS generally allows structure specifics to be set when constructed. API
calls are provided to change most aspects expected to change during the life of
a program. Palm OS doesn't have a perfectly sufficient API at this time, and so
will improve. But the the API will never be big enough to change every part of
every structure at any time.
