I am having a problem debugging from a G3 Powerbook. I feel like I have gone through this before, way back, but I can't figure out how to fix it this time. The problem is that when I try to debug using the CodeWarrior IDE, CodeWarrior immediately says that the serial port is busy and to quit HotSync. However, the serial port is NOT busy. -I can turn on and off HotSync without complaints -I can use PalmDebugger to list the databases on a physical device without complaints -I have even tried turning off all non-system extensions, except for the MetroNub, and still the same message AppleTalk is turned off, so that isn't it either (and anyway HotSync and the Palm Debugger tests above would have failed). One possible source of the problem might have been that I also had CodeWarrior Pro 5 installed, and upgraded to version 5.3 (big mistake, breaks all the Palm build stuff), but I uninstalled that as well. I have tried MetroNub versions 1.3.4, 1.3.6 and 1.3.8. I even tried going back to CW for Palm R5, and that didn't work either.
