Is there a minimum size for a scroll bar? If not try creating a single
line field with a scroll bar and watch what happens. Using CW6 (NT and
palmos35-dr4-en-colordbg.rom) I built a form containing a field with a
scroll bar. Here are the dimensions and attributes of the both:
