Remote Networking Question

Is it possible to connect my Palm to a local desktop PC with serial RAS,

then dial a remote network with the PC and access it through the Palm
RAS port? I seem to be able to ping machines on my own LAN, but machines

on the remote network aren't visible. I assume these are seperate
networks, is there a way to bridge them?
