RE: mount command

I know what it is.  I just can't find it anywhere in my 0.5.0 stuff.  
 I have done a search of my entire system for it and it is not there. 
 I have gone to the bin directory and can find, ls, cat, mv, etc but 
nothing that resembles a mount command.
