Hello Holger,
Try checking that Constructor is _not_ running at the same time as
debugging. Constructor has a 100% CPU usage bug that will fail any attempt
to debug. Also make sure that your downloaded application database is not
open at the same time attempting to debug, this will also fail to connect.
