If I'm running PalmOS 3.5 and am creating a bitmap on the fly with only 16 grays, is
there any advantage to using a version 2 BitmapType verses a version 1 BitmapType?
This is assuming that I'm not using a color table or compression or transparent colors
or an indirect bitmap.
