Hi Mike,
I've used an old Netscape web-safe palette that I grabbed off a web page
image. That has the 216 web-safe colours that the Palm has and (I think) the
same set of greys. Email me if you want the MS palette file that you can use
in PSP or Photoshop on Windows.
