The MSL C/C++ Winhelp files were not included in CodeWarrior, although the
PDF versions of the MSL C/C++ Reference were. The main reason is because MSL
C/C++ is not used much in Palm programming. Most of the information you need
is part of the Palm OS documentation, which is in the Documentation/Palm OS
Documentation folder.
